Article 1: Time Conditions
Customers may request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of receipt.

The product does not match the stated quality, packaging design, features, or manufacturing date.

Returned or exchanged products must meet the following conditions:

The product is intact and unused.

The product is not dirty, scratched, broken, damaged, or showing signs of use.
